Send e-invoices to Nordea

Nordea prefers to receive e-invoices

Nordea is registered on the PEPPOL network to receive invoices in PEPPOL BIS 3.0 format. In Denmark, Nordea also receives invoices through Nemhandel in OIOUBL. So, if you can send it through PEPPOL or Nemhandel, you can also send it to Nordea.

Important information on invoices to Nordea

When sending e-invoices, please ensure the following information is on the invoice.

• Relevant Nordea entity´s VAT number
• Name and cost center of the reference person at Nordea:
  Surname, first name/cost centre, e.g., Jonsson, Lotta / 2050004080
• Nordea Contract ID number:
  CWxxxxx
• Purchase order number for order-based invoices:
  NORxxxxxx purchase order number from the e-commerce solution
• Subscription number:
  In case invoicing is made against ongoing contracts.

  The price is 2.200 NOK for startup, 479 NOK in monthly fee, and 2.50 NOK per document.
